Frequently asked questions

01.

What is a wedding/event content creator?

A content creator focuses on capturing authentic, real-time moments throughout your special day. Unlike traditional videography, content creators deliver:

  • Quick turnaround of all raw, unedited footage (video & photos)
  • Behind the scene moments
  • Vertical content ready to post on social media

02.

What equipment do i use?

I capture content using two iPhones (14 pro and 16 pro) and a DJI Osmo Pocket camera. I use a DJI gimbal and SmallRig to capture smooth content. I also have light attachments and DJI mini mics.

03.

When will we receive the footage?

All raw, unedited footage is delivered by a Dropbox link within 24-48 hours after the end of your event. Any edited footage (short form video/tiktok/reels, etc) is delivered within 24-72 hours after the end of your event.

04.

Do you travel? Do you have a travel fee?

Depending on your location, a travel fee may apply. I am based in South Alabama. Transparency is important to me. Any travel fees will be discussed or sent with your quote before a contract is sent over to you. Ask about my bucket list of locations, so a special travel rate!

05.

Do you make trending tiktoks/reels?

YES! I love for couples to send me any videos they see on social media. If you want to capture a trending video, no problem.

NOTE: some extra time will need to be built into your wedding day timeline to capture these, especially any transitioning videos.

06.

Do you capture more than weddings?

I love to capture all events that go along with a wedding celebration and engagement. I capture all of life's important events, such as birthdays, gender reveals, and baby showers. If you are a business or wedding vendor needing BTS content, I have you covered too!

07.

What if there are certain moments that are important to us to have captured?

Closer to your date, I will schedule a call with you to discuss all the details of your day. You will also receive an email from me to finalize all the details and confirm important details to help me capture your day.

08.

How do we reserve our wedding date?

A non-refundable retainer ($100) and signed contract is required in order to secure your date on my calendar. The remaining balance can be set up as a payment plan, or you can pay however works for you. I require the remaining balance to be paid in full a week prior to your date.
